RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In an effort to ship your foldflops to you as quickly as possible, your order cannot be canceled or modified once it is placed. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@foldflops.com.
Your purchase, less shipping fees, is fully refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email Returns@foldflops.com with your reason for the return and we will provide you with a Return Item Number and Return Address. If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size and color, please send with a note explaining what size you need to Returns@foldflops.com. Please note that customers shall pay for all shipping costs.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR FOLD FLOPS
Wash them with soap and water, in the dishwasher, or in your washing machine in a laundry bag on gentle cycle.
