How do foldflops® work?

Foldflops® have a patented molded hinge that allows you to fold and unfold the sandals (inside sole to inside sole) hundreds of times.  Foldflops are developed for continued wear so you can walk comfortably in them for hours.  When you’re finished wearing your foldflops, simply fold them and place them in their carrying case until the next time you want a comfy shoe.

Where can I purchase foldflops? 

Foldflops are available at www.foldflops.com and a growing number of retailers throughout the United States.

www.foldflops.com accepts all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Sales tax is charged in California only.

Shipping and handling fees via FedEx ground are based on the weight of the package and its destination.  Shipping time in the 48 contiguous states is 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance from Miami, FL. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with instructions on how to track the status of your package. Overnight, two and three day delivery options are available for an additional fee.

International purchases are available through PayPal. Applicable shipping charges apply.

How do I care for my foldflops?

Wash foldflops with soap and water, in the dishwasher or in your washing machine in a laundry bag on gentle cycle.

How are foldflops sized?

Foldflops are available in 4 women’s sizes and 4 men’s sizes*

*There are a limited number of women’s pink and blue sample foldflops available in whole sizes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

What is foldflops return/exchange policy?

Your purchase, less shipping fees, is fully refundable up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email Returns@foldflops.com and we will provide you with a Return Item Number and Return Address.

If you would like to exchange your foldflops for a different size and color, please send a note explaining what size you need to Returns@foldflops.com. Please note that customers shall pay for all shipping costs.
